Nawae Construction has a long and successful project history based in localities all over Papua New
Guinea and other parts of the Pacific. With its specialized construction plant, fleet of vessels, support
facilities and long-term, dedicated employees, Nawae Construction is able to offer it's clients the
versatility of the full range of remote location engineering and construction solutions.
Construction capabilities cover a broad range of needs, from wharves, bridges, navigational aids, other
marine engineering requirements, roads and earthworks and general construction.
Service capabilities are also being developed and currently Nawae possesses a fleet of specialist
construction, transport and survey vessels. To support the maintenance requirements of these vessels,
a slipway has been built at the company's headquarters in Milne Bay Province, Papua New Guinea.
This slipway is operational and capable of taking vessels up to 1000 tonnes and will soon be open for
commercial business. Enquiries are being taken.
As a responsible corporate citizen of Papua New Guinea and the wider Pacific, Nawae Construction
also understands the unique cultural and traditional factors that affect large construction projects in the
region and therefore work closely with local communities. The company enjoys a reputation  as a
'community' conscious contractor and has always enjoyed the full cooperation of those communities it
